The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br /> addressed for B&V FARMS as of February 05, 2026. <br /> Open violations from March 11, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#4-1010008-Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as complete/accurate on or <br /> before the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date,January 15.
