The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for B&V FARMS as of February 05, 2026. <br />Open violations from March 11, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #4 - 1010008 - Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as complete/accurate on or <br />before the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The 2025 annual CERS submittal were entered on <br />1/23/2025, 8 days late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #9 - 1010003 - Business Owner/Operator ID and Business Activities pages electronically submitted <br />and are accurate. <br />OBSERVATION: The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not complete.
