The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br /> addressed for B&V FARMS as of February 05, 2026. <br /> Open violations from March 11, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#11 -1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan.The site map is <br /> incomplete.The site map is missing adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, <br /> storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs.The map uploaded into CERS is a parcel viewer map. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br /> present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#12-1010010-Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br /> release/threatened release of hazmat. <br /> OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER)procedures were lacking or inadequate.The ER plan was missing <br /> information on section C1, C2, C3, section E3, and section H. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br /> or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the following: -immediate notification of <br /> local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) -procedures for the mitigation of a <br /> release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment- <br /> evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
