This is the only thing I've received related to <br />them correcting violations. The only attachment was the map of figure 3. From the looks of it, I <br />will be closing violation 11 since it satisfies the corrective action. <br />  <br />Regarding violation 16, I don't feel the map is an adequate facility diagram considering it fails <br />to show the "location and contents of each fixed storage container" as mentioned in the <br />regulation guidance. Please let me know if you feel it suffices and I'll go ahead and close the <br />violation. Otherwise, it will remain open. <br />  <br />  <br />Maria E.
