<br />Code of Fed Regulations 112.7(a)(3vi), 112.7(a4) 4010017-SPCC Contains procedures for reporting a discharge. The
<br />observation of the inspector was that the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan does not adequately
<br />discuss evacuations. Information regarding evacuations were not observed during the SPCC plan review. The SPCC plan
<br />shall include Contact list and phone numbers for the facility response coordinator, National Response Center, cleanup
<br />contractors with whom you have an agreement for response, and LL appropriate Feder, State, and local agencies who must
<br />be contacted in case of a discharge.
<br />We are also requesting a Professional Engineer to look at our amended plan and sign off for the updated SPCC plan for
<br />CHCF/NCYCC.
<br />Request:
<br />1.- Review the amended the SPCC Plan that includes list and phone numbers for the facility response coordinator, National
<br />Response Center, cleanup contractors with whom we have an agreement for response, and all appropriate Federal, State,
<br />and local agencies who must be contacted in case of a discharge as described in CFR 112.1(b), and we also included the
<br />required information on evacuations.
<br />2.- Renew and stamp of the new amended CHCF/NCYCC SPCC plan.
