Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 38 CA Code of Regulations 66266.130 3030004- Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br /> on-site. The following used metal oil or fuel filter containers were on-site: <br /> 1. ONE 18 gallon steel drum containing metal oil filters was missing the hazardous waste label. <br /> 2. ONE 18 gallon steel drum containing metal oil filters was observed with filter on top. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil Filters. <br /> California Health &Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Corrected on-site,facility properly labeled the 18 gallon steel drum containing metal oil filters <br /> and removed filter. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 51 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030034-Tests and maintains all required safety equipment at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:A secondary containment spill pallet had approximately 1 gallon of used oil in it. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility spill control equipment shall be maintained as necessary to assure its proper <br /> operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Corrected on-site.
