SAN J OAQ U I N AMENDED Environmental Health Department <br /> _ 9/18/2025 <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Vallev Transport Refrigeration Stockton 13798 S HIGHWAY, 99, Stockton July 22, 2025 <br /> 53 CA Code of Regulations 66262.16(b)(6)(A) 3030030 - Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release <br /> OBSERVATION: <br /> 1) Near the black (heavily stained) 5 gallon bucket containing oily used gloves and rags, there was a oily stain near the <br /> base. Additionally, a pair of oily gloves were seen discarded on the ground next to the bucket. <br /> 2) The following containers were found without lids: 2 metallic circular containers with approximately a 5 gallon capacity <br /> containing used oil, 1 black(heavily stained) 5 gallon bucket containing oily used gloves and rags, 2 orange 5 gallon <br /> containers containing approximately half an inch of used oil, 1 cardboard box containing used oily rags and gloves <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste <br /> constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean the diesel staining that was found throughout the property and the oily <br /> debris. Additionally ensure that all containers Manage the waste according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for <br /> hazardous waste.
