All remaining violations <br /> were closed. <br /> HMBP: <br /> Violation 11 is still open. The labels of the spill kit and PPE that were not observed on site are still on the <br /> map.All other violations were closed. <br /> HW: <br /> Violation 50 is still open. The Spill kit was not addressed.
