A storm drain is located in the middle of the <br /> fuel dispensers. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste <br /> constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately ensure that all employees start addressing and containing releases/spills <br /> appropriately. Manage the waste according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a <br /> statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department describing the <br /> storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by July 13, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172).
