Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 13, 2025 <br />Facility Address: <br />4405 PACIFIC AVE, STOCKTON7-ELEVEN INC #41341 <br />Facility Name: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />53 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2) 3030030 - Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br />fire/explosion/release <br />OBSERVATION: When asked what they do to address minor spills/releases around the dispensers, employee Jashan <br />stated that she sprays the spilled fuel with "sanitizer" and water to clean it. A storm drain is located in the middle of the <br />fuel dispensers. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br />possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste <br />constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately ensure that all employees start addressing and containing releases/spills <br />appropriately. Manage the waste according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
