To ensure your results heal beautifully and last as long as possible, please <br /> review and follow the pre-care instructions below before your appointment. <br /> ■ 1_ Before Your Appointment <br /> • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners (such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, or fish oil) for at least 24 <br /> hours prior to your session. <br /> • Do not tan or have sunburned skin on the area to be tattooed. Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning <br /> beds for one week before your appointment. <br /> • Moisturize the area daily leading up to your appointment, but arrive with clean, bare skin—no <br /> makeup, lotions, or oils. <br /> • If you are prone to cold sores and are receiving a lip tattoo, please take your prescribed antiviral <br /> medication 48 hours before and continue after your appointment. <br /> • Avoid scheduling your procedure right before a special event or vacation.
