Regulatory Requirement: Weld cracks or breaks <br /> None observed. <br /> B. Regulatory Requirement:Scrapes of protective coatings <br /> None observed. <br /> C. Regulatory Requirement:Corrosion <br /> None observed. <br /> D. Regulatory Requirement:Discrepancies:Any structural damage or inadequate construction <br /> or installation such as cracks,punctures, damaged fittings.All discrepancies shall be <br /> documented in the assessment and remedied before the tank system is placed in use. <br /> Action Items: <br /> 1. Apply NFPA label onto the tank. <br /> 2. Install anchoring from tank legs into the concrete foundation. <br /> 3. Clean pooled fluids from the top of the tank. <br /> 1.10 Regulatory Requirement: Tank integrity.All new tanks and ancillary equipment shall be tested <br /> for tightness prior to being placed in use. the results of the test(s)shall be documented in the <br /> assessment. tank system integrity or leak test requirements must be in compliance with all local <br /> requirements. <br /> The tank was field tested for integrity by UT measurements,and the tank thickness indicates <br /> that the tank is suitable for continued use. <br /> 1.11 Regulatory Requirement:Estimated remaining service life of the tank system based on findings <br /> The tank is suitable for another five years of service with corrections implemented <br /> as recommended in Section 1.9(D) until the next inspection is due by 3/19/2029. <br /> �I NOGENO <br /> ALLIANCE us.anteagroup.com <br /> 3 <br />
