The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SPEEDCO # 944 as of February 09, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 10, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation #26 - 3030012 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 90 days of accumulation start date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 90 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> - One blue metal 55 gallon drum located in the hazardous waste storage room was observed with an accumulation <br /> start date of 8/27/2022. <br /> - Two blue metal bins containers containing used oil paper filters are located outside of the southwest corner building <br /> were observed without accumulation start dates <br /> - Three blue metal bins containers containing used oil paper filters are located outside of the southwest corner building <br /> were observed without the hazardous waste labels, instead "Drained metal-clad used oil filters and Metal-Clad Fuel <br /> Filters Only!" observed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (a) a generator may accumulate hazardous waste on-site for 90 days or less (b) The <br /> beginning of the 90 day period is determined as follows: (1) if the generator does not generate more than 100 <br /> kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste (listed in section 66261.33(e)) or one <br /> kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar month, the 90 day period begins on the date the generator <br /> has accumulated 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste or one kilogram of <br /> extremely hazardous waste; (2) if the generator generates more than 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one <br /> kilogram of acutely hazardous waste or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar month, the <br /> 90-day period begins on the first date on which any amount of hazardous waste begins to accumulate during that <br /> month. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 90 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 5 of 9 <br />
