The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SPEEDCO # 944 as of February 09, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 10, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation #28 - 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br /> - One blue metal 55 gallon drum located in the hazardous waste storage room containing unknown was observed <br /> missing the physical state, composition. <br /> - Two red, metal 15 gallons drums containing used oil were observed next to the oil/water separator without hazardous <br /> waste labels. <br /> - One black metal 55 gallons drums containing used paper filters located in the hazardous waste storage area was <br /> observed without hazardous waste labels <br /> - Three blue metal bins containers containing used oil paper filters are located outside of the southwest corner building <br /> were observed without the hazardous waste labels, instead "Drained metal-clad used oil filters and Metal-Clad Fuel <br /> Filters Only!" observed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #31 - 3030018 - Containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br /> - Two red, metal 15 gallons drums containing used oil were observed next to the oil/water separator <br /> - One black metal 55 gallons drums containing used paper filters located in the hazardous waste storage area was <br /> observed without a lid <br /> - Three blue metal bins containers containing used oil paper filters are located outside of the southwest corner building <br /> were observed without the hazardous waste labels, instead "Drained metal-clad used oil filters and Metal-Clad Fuel <br /> Filters Only!" observed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage , <br /> except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> Page 6 of 9 <br />
