The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SPEEDCO # 944 as of February 09, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 10, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation #36 - 3030058 - Empty containers > 5 gallons properly managed. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following drums were observed empty and without labels located outside of the southwest <br /> corner of the building: <br /> - Three red metal 55 gallon drums <br /> - Two black metal 55 gallon drums <br /> - One black poly 55 gallon drum <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br /> must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br /> one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br /> and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #38 - 3010025 - Obtained a written hazardous waste tank system assessment prior to placing into <br /> use. <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility has hazardous waste tanks but no tank assessment documents. One 8,000 gallon tank <br /> containing used oil. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66270. 11 Signatories to Permit <br /> Applications and Reports Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66260.10 Definitions "Tank' means a <br /> stationary device, designed to contain an accumulation of hazardous waste which is constructed primarily of <br /> nonearthen materials (e.g., wood, concrete, steel, plastic) which provide structural support. Title 22 California Code <br /> of Regulations section 66265.192 Design and Installation of New Tank Systems or Components. Title 22 California <br /> Code of Regulations section 66265.193 Containment and Detection of Releases <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Have a qualified Professional Engineer prepare a tank assessment for each tank. Provide a <br /> corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) within 30 days.
