The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SPEEDCO # 944 as of February 09, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 10, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #32 - 3030020 - Inspects all hazardous waste containers at least weekly. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following facility hazardous waste containers are not inspected weekly: <br /> - One black metal 55 gallons drums containing used paper filters located in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> - One large table bin used to collect drained metal and paper filters used oil, observed in the hazardous waste storage <br /> area <br /> - One 8,000 gallon used oil tank observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> - Three blue metal bins containers containing used oil paper filters are located outside of the southwest corner building <br /> were observed without the hazardous waste labels, instead "Drained metal-clad used oil filters and Metal-Clad Fuel <br /> Filters Only!" observed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner or operator shall inspect areas used for container storage or transfer, at least <br /> weekly, looking for leaking containers and for deterioration of containers and the containment system caused by <br /> corrosion or other factors. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately, the following containers need to be properly managed.
