The most recent financial <br /> responsibility documents in CERS belong to the previous owner. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 55 CA Code of Regulations 2716(f)2010004-Copies of DO inspections for last 12 months maintained, 36 months for <br /> those after 10/1/18(TCR 12). <br /> OBSERVATION: The designated operator inspection reports were not found on site for the dates between 2/23-8/22. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Designated operator inspection reports prior to October 1, 2018 shall be retained on site <br /> for twelve months. Designated operator inspection reports on or after October 1, 2018 shall be retained on site for <br /> thirty-six months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate and ensure that copies of the previous thirty-six months of designated operator <br /> inspection reports are maintained on site.
