A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> TRACY PETROLEUM INC 950 W ELEVENTH ST, TRACY August 05 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the permit and retain it on site. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 68 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i), 2634(e)2030046-A current UST Response Plan has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 69 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i)2030033-A current UST monitoring plan has been submitted and is readily <br /> accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 70 CA Code of Regulations 2620(b); HSC 25284(a)(3)2030037- Facility has a current written owner/operator agreement. <br /> OBSERVATION:The annual operating permit is not issued to the current operator and there is no written agreement <br /> between the person who was issued the permit and the operator to monitor the UST system. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If a permit is issued to a person other than the operator of the tank,that person shall enter <br /> into a written agreement with the operator of the tank to monitor the UST system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately upload the written agreement to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS)and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f)2030073- Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 8/21/2024 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 9/19/2024.
