The 2023 business plan was submitted late on <br />1/18/2023. This submittal was past the SJC EHD annual submittal due date, January 15th. <br />The 2024, 2025, and 2026 business plans were submitted on time. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Per SJC Ordinance No. 4432, 1-15-2013, the hazardous materials inventory shall be <br />submitted by January 15th of every year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit statement to SJC EHD demonstrating that the facility on an ongoing basis will <br />electronically submit and certify the business plan annually on or before the required due date. <br />This is a (Minor) Violation. <br />1868 E.
