Three violations were observed during <br />the inspection. <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the 02/03/2026. A complete report was finished on <br />02/10/2026 and replaces the initial checklist. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br />within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report by March 12, 2026. <br />Notes: <br />- The export shed windsock has deteriorated. <br />- The export machinery room has battle mats that are collecting oil and water. The source of the leak is unknown. <br />- Facility has three 304 cubic feet and one 205 cubic feet of compress Nitrogen cylinders. According to the <br />Maintenance Manager, Juan Carillo, two of the three 304 cubic feet cylinders have been empty, and the facility only <br />uses one cylinder. Facility is not intending to have more than three full cylinders onsite or have 1,000 cubic feet or <br />more/ HMBP reportable quantity. Ensure the empty cylinders are managed properly.
