January21, 2026 <br /> Zachary Walton, Partner <br /> Proposal for Supplemental Environmental Support Services at 1010 Industrial <br /> Drive, Stockton, California <br /> Task 3 - Data Management and Reporting <br /> Following receipt of the laboratory and analytical data from this investigation,Terraphase will prepare a <br /> report of findings that will include a description of the Site background, summary of field activities, <br /> laboratory analytical results, tabulated data, figures showing the sampling locations, isoconcentration <br /> contours of COCs, and conclusions and recommendations for further investigation (if any) and eventual <br /> Site closure.The report will also include a screening-level soil gas intrusion risk assessment for the target <br /> chemicals present in indoor air using a site-specific attenuation factor utilizing the soil gas and indoor air <br /> analytical data. <br /> Task 4 - Project Management, Client Communication, and Regulatory Support <br /> Terraphase will provide status updates to the project team and will coordinate and attend project <br /> meetings.Terraphase will also provide support by participating in ongoing discussions with the Client <br /> and RWQCB to establish the scope of work necessary to move the Site to closure. <br /> Assumptions and Limitations <br /> • Terraphase will perform one Site visit to mark the groundwater monitoring well and soil gas well <br /> installation locations for USA North and clear each location with a private utility locator, assumed to <br /> be 8 hours. <br /> • Terraphase will obtain the necessary drilling permits from San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department and the permit applications are anticipated to take seven days to be approved. <br /> • Groundwater monitoring well and soil gas well installation work will be completed in one 10 hour <br /> day with two Terraphase staff. <br /> • Groundwater monitoring well development and surveying will be completed in one 10-hour day <br /> with one Terraphase staff. <br /> • Existing and newly installed groundwater wells will be sampled in 1 day and will be completed by a <br /> subcontractor and supervised by one Terraphase staff. <br /> • Existing and newly installed soil gas wells will be sampled in 1 day and will be completed by two <br /> Terraphase staff. <br /> • Indoor and outdoor air samples will be collected in 1 day by 1 Terraphase staff. <br /> • All soil, groundwater, soil vapor, and indoor and outdoor air samples will be analyzed on a standard <br /> turnaround time (approximately 10 days). <br /> • Six soil and two water drums will be disposed of off-site.This estimate assumes the waste will be <br /> classified as non-hazardous waste. <br /> • Assumes all work will be completed during normal business hours. Any work that needs to be <br /> completed outside normal business hours may incur additional costs that will require a change <br /> order. <br /> 11 Page 5 of 7 <br />
