This is to reiterate what we've discussed: 1. The billable hourly rate of the EHD (office or field) is$162/hour. 1.5 times that if it's after hours (i.e. overtime, which is only when requested by the applicant). The fee schedule can be found on the EHD website. The billable party is what's on the MFR. 2. EHD has to be present before starting grouting mix of all sanitary seals (note:there is no reference or definition of"intermediate" seal in either the SJC Well Standards, or the two State Well Standards Bulletins) to verify: a) depth of the grout and free of obstructions, b) correct mix of sealing material and the estimated volume 1
