SITE ACCESS AGREEMENT This Agreement is entered into as of the I'L day of �1%A 02021, between ATC Group Services LLC dba Atlas ("Investigator") and Golden Opportunity No 28 LP, Golden Management Inc. (the "Property Owner"). RECITALS A. The Property Owner owns certain real property located at 1121 Annabelle Lane, Stockton, California and further identified by the San Joaquin County Assessor as Parcel No. 172-200-120 (The"Property"). B. Investigator is conducting a subsurface investigation pursuant to the terms of an agreement entered into with Mcllrath Family LTC PTP, C. Investigator desires to enter onto the property, for the purpose of closing an environmental investigation, including but not limited to, the following (collectively the"Authorized Activities"). 1. Access to mark and clear for all subsurface utilities; 2. Allowance of one rig, and two support trucks, in the southern end of Annabelle Lane to allow access to overdrill, backfill, and resurface three (3) groundwater monitoring wells (the"Wells"). The Wells are shown on the Site Map, attached hereto; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, it is hereby agreed as follows: 1. Grant of License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Property Owner hereby grants Investigator and their subcontractor a license to enter the Property for the limited purpose of destroying three groundwater monitoring wells according to San Joaquin County Well Standards at no cost to the Property Owner. Investigator may be accompanied in these activities by authorized representative of San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. 2. Limitations on Use. a.)
