SITE ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement is entered into as of the I'L day of �1%A 02021, between ATC Group <br /> Services LLC dba Atlas ("Investigator") and Golden Opportunity No 28 LP, Golden <br /> Management Inc. (the "Property Owner"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. The Property Owner owns certain real property located at 1121 Annabelle Lane, <br /> Stockton, California and further identified by the San Joaquin County Assessor <br /> as Parcel No. 172-200-120 (The"Property"). <br /> B. Investigator is conducting a subsurface investigation pursuant to the terms of an <br /> agreement entered into with Mcllrath Family LTC PTP, <br /> C. Investigator desires to enter onto the property, for the purpose of closing an <br /> environmental investigation, including but not limited to, the following (collectively <br /> the"Authorized Activities"). <br /> 1. Access to mark and clear for all subsurface utilities; <br /> 2. Allowance of one rig, and two support trucks, in the southern end of <br /> Annabelle Lane to allow access to overdrill, backfill, and resurface <br /> three (3) groundwater monitoring wells (the"Wells"). The Wells are <br /> shown on the Site Map, attached hereto; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, it is hereby <br /> agreed as follows: <br /> 1. Grant of License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the <br /> Property Owner hereby grants Investigator and their subcontractor a license to <br /> enter the Property for the limited purpose of destroying three groundwater <br /> monitoring wells according to San Joaquin County Well Standards at no cost to <br /> the Property Owner. Investigator may be accompanied in these activities by <br /> authorized representative of San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> 2. Limitations on Use. <br /> a.)
