b.) Investigator shall ensure that none of its activities on the Property unreasonably <br /> interferes with or delays any other activities which are being undertaken on the <br /> Property. <br /> 3. Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of execution of <br /> this Agreement and shall continue thereafter until Investigator has completed its <br /> destruction of monitoring wells or until March 31, 2022, whichever is sooner; <br /> provided, however, that with the mutual consent of both parties this term may be <br /> extended as necessary to accommodate further investigation. <br /> 4. Agreement Not Admission. By entering into this Agreement, neither the Property <br /> Owner or Investigator is admitting any responsibility for any contamination at the <br /> Property. This Agreement shall not be construed or interpreted as an admission <br /> or concession of liability on the part of either the Property Owner or Investigator. <br /> The well will be destroyed in accordance with regulatory requirements following <br /> completion of the project.
