The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for MORADA FARMING COMPANY as of February 19, 2026. <br />Open violations from October 29, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #29 - 3030058 - Empty containers > 5 gallons properly managed. <br />OBSERVATION: Two AST tanks observed sitting on metal stilts are observed to be empty located in the boneyard . <br />Multiple empty 275 gallons totes are observed inside the boneyard. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br />must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br />California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information . <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br />one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br />and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #38 - 3030004 - Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br />#1 OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br />on-site. The following used metal oil or fuel filter containers were on-site: <br />One 55 gallons drums of used metal oil filters was observed without accumulation start date. <br />#2 OBSERVATION: A complete three year bill of lading record for used filter recycling was not observed during the <br />inspection. Bills of lading were not observed for the following date range: 2023 - 2025 <br /> <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil <br />Filters. California Health & Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Drain oil/fuel filters; store in closed rainproof containers with start date. Dispose after 1 year. <br />Immediately obtain all missing bill of lading recycling records that can be found. Used, drained, metal filters not <br />stored, handled and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br />action statement, bill of lading recycling records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 1 of 2
