The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for MORADA FARMING COMPANY as of February 19, 2026. <br />Open violations from October 29, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #48 - 3010022 - Posted emergency information next to the telephone. <br />OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br />directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number <br />of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br />the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br />consolidated emergency response / contingency plan on-site. Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #53 - 3030030 - Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br />fire/explosion/release. <br />OBSERVATION: Loose absorbents are observed underneath the used oil tank that have not been clean up. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br />possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br />waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean the impacted area. Manage the waste according to Title 22 California <br />Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 2 of 2
