The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for MORADA FARMING COMPANY as of February 19, 2026. <br /> Open violations from October 29, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#48-3010022-Posted emergency information next to the telephone. <br /> OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br /> directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number <br /> of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br /> the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br /> consolidated emergency response/contingency plan on-site. Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#53-3030030-Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release. <br /> OBSERVATION: Loose absorbents are observed underneath the used oil tank that have not been clean up. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean the impacted area. Manage the waste according to Title 22 California <br /> Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
