The EHD is the Solid <br />Waste Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) for this facility. The LEA is certified by the California <br />Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to enforce state laws and <br />regulations at solid waste sites in San Joaquin County. <br /> <br /> <br />
