SITE-SPECIFIC HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN FOR PHASE II ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> Scope of Work <br /> July 7, 2023 <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The scope of this project is to: <br /> • Travel to/from site <br /> • Conduct a utility locate <br /> • Advance 5 soil borings and collect soil samples <br /> • Conduct air monitoring (if necessary) <br /> Therefore, this HASP was prepared for the use of Stantec personnel while performing the following tasks: <br /> 1. Drive to/from the site <br /> 2. Perform utility locate <br /> 3. Drill soil borings and collect soil samples <br /> 4. Conduct air monitoring <br /> The above-stated tasks will be conducted in a manner consistent with the methods and assumptions <br /> outlined in the work request. All work plans/scopes referenced in this HASP will be available for Stantec <br /> personnel on site. All questions about the task are outlined on the work request form filled out for each <br /> sampling event which is present with the field technician on-site.
