Keeping safety in mind,care for injured people(if applicable)and stabilize the scene. <br /> 2. For Iffe threatening injuries.Immediately contact 911.Accompany the injllred employee to the <br /> medical facility whenever possible. <br /> 3. Call WorkCgre(24-hour service);1-688-449-7787 forwork-related symptoms or injuries and speak to <br /> a medical professional for guidance and treatment options. <br /> 4. Make voice contact with your supervisor within I hour or less of the incident occurring. Leaving a <br /> voicemaii does not count.If you cannot contact your supervisor and project manager,contact the <br /> HSSE Manager or HSSE Advisor for your region. <br /> 5, Supervisors must immediately contact their HSSE Manager or HSSE Advisor by phone to discuss <br /> incident severity and determine if further notifications(internal or external)are required. <br /> 6. When an employee is guided by WorkCare to obtain medical assistance or the employee requests <br /> medical attention for a non-life-threatening injury,after alerting the supervisor,the employee must <br /> Immediately call Melissa Helton,Stantec's US WC Claims Coordinator of 513-721 for <br /> assistance. <br /> 7.
