SA N J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> --COUNTY <br /> • Possessor work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present <br /> at the work site at all times while work is being performed who possesses a current UST <br /> Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC); and <br /> • Possess a valid, current certificate of training issued by the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s) being installed or repaired. <br /> 5. Any individual performing installations or repairs of UST system components that do not require <br /> excavation or backfill must: <br /> • Possess or be employed by a person who possesses all applicable licenses and <br /> certifications required by the CSLB; and <br /> • Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of a service technician physically <br /> present at the work site at all times while work is being performed who possesses a current <br /> California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the ICC; and <br /> • Possess a valid, current certificate of training issued by the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s) being installed or repaired or the test equipment being used. <br /> 6. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and ensure all UST information is current. <br /> 7. The tank owner or operator must submit completed test results for spill containment <br /> testing and overfill equipment prevention testing within 30 days of performing the tests. <br /> These results can be submitted by email to ust(a-)-sigov.org or by uploading to CERS. <br /> 8. This permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
