SAN JOAQUIN <br />--COUNTY <br />Environmental Health Department <br />• Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present <br />at the work site at all times while work is being performed who possesses a current UST <br />Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC); and <br />• Possess a valid, current certificate of training issued by the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being installed or repaired. <br />5. Any individual performing installations or repairs of UST system components that do not require <br />excavation or backfill must: <br />• Possess or be employed by a person who possesses all applicable licenses and <br />certifications required by the CSLB; and <br />• Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of a service technician physically <br />present at the work site at all times while work is being performed who possesses a current <br />California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the ICC; and <br />• Possess a valid, current certificate of training issued by the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being installed or repaired or the test equipment being used. <br />6. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS) at http://cers.calepa,ca.gov/ and ensure all UST information is current. <br />7. The tank owner or operator must submit completed test results for spill containment <br />testing and overfill equipment prevention testing within 30 days of performing the tests. <br />These results can be submitted by email to ust(aisigov.org or by uploading to CERS. <br />8. This permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
