February 6, 202b
To: San Joaquin County
Fr: Christina Tran, Service Station Systems, Inc/Able Maintenance, Inc.
Re: Poppy Markets; 713 N El Dorado St, Stockton; drop tube replacement
I am enclosing the permit application with the scope of work and other documentation for
the drop tube with overfill prevention valve replacement (OPW 71 SO) on the 87 & 91
tanks at the above referenced site. Excavation will not be required.
During this repair the OPW fill buckets were also replaced on the 87 & 91 tanks.
The work was done on 2/6/2026 due to an active vapor leak. The AQ agency required
this repair to be completed within 7 days.
If you need any additional information or have any questions, feel free to call me. Please
send a copy of the permit to me at the address below. Know that the technicians will be
able to provide you with calculations and tank charts if needed at the time of inspection.
Thank you for your help in this matter. Your very prompt consideration of this matter is
always greatly appreciated.
Sincerely
Ltv uxL
Christina Tran
Permit &Project Coordinator
Service Station Systems/Able Maintenance
680 Quinn Ave, San Jose, CA 95112
Ph: (408) 213-6039
Christina.tranc« servicestationsystems.com
RECEIVE .
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PERMITISERVICES
