El Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> SECOND REQUEST FOR RESULTS REPORT, CALIFORNIA TIRES & ALIGNMENT <br /> (GLOBAL ID #T10000023308), 1951 SOUTH EL DORADO STREET, <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Dear Mr. Villegas: <br /> In a letter dated 4 November 2026, Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (Central Valley Water Board) staff reviewed the Work Plan for Soil Sampling <br /> Investigation of Underground Storage Tank (Work Plan) dated 30 September 2025, and <br /> requested submission of a results report by 31 January 2026. The Work Plan was <br /> submitted on your behalf by Condor Earth (Condor). The California Tires & Alignment <br /> case is located at 1951 South El Dorado Street in Stockton (Site). <br /> To date, a results report has not been submitted. On 21 May 2026, Central Valley Water <br /> Board staff spoke to you and Condor about the status of the results report. You <br /> informed me that you are having the underground storage tanks at your Site removed, <br /> that Condor would be collecting soil samples, and that this additional information would <br /> be included in the results report. You told me that tank removal would begin on Monday, <br /> 25 May 2026. Condor told me that the field work associated with the Work Plan was <br /> completed, and that tank removal soil sample collection is scheduled for Wednesday, <br /> 27 May 2026. <br /> In an email dated 21 May 2026, Condor requested a due date extension to allow time to <br /> include results of the tank pull soil sampling in the report. Central Valley Water Board <br /> staff approves your extension request.
