The purpose of this work plan is <br /> to assess if there is a potential for an environmental impact at the subject site prior to <br /> advertising the property for sale as it is likely that a potential buyer or a financing institution <br /> would require Phase II soil borings including groundwater testing. The work proposed in <br /> this document will be supervised by Mr. Jan Schutze, a California Professional Geologist. <br /> A. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject site consists of the following property: <br /> Address APN' Approximate Location <br /> Parcel Size <br /> 2327 East Mariposa Road, Stockton, 171- 90-16 8.96 acres Southwest of East Mariposa Road and <br /> San Joaquin County, California pproximatel 1,500 fl west of Highway 99. <br /> 2 <br /> The subject site, located between residential and industrial sections of Stockton, <br /> is adjacent to the southwest side of East Mariposa Road. The site is west of the East <br /> Mariposa Road-Highway 99 interchange and east of Flemons Avenue. A small structure <br /> occupies the northeastern portion of the property and the remainder of the property is an <br /> unpaved lot used for vehicle storage. <br /> The adjacent site, Maxim Crane Works at 2373 East Mariposa Road, is listed as a Leaking <br /> Underground Storage Tank (LUST) site under the former site name, Husky Crane.
