The purpose of this work plan is <br /> to investigate a section of concrete floor inside the vacant shop building on-site that may <br /> have been used as a vehicle repair pit. Soil borings will be advanced to assess if there is a <br /> potential for an environmental impact in prior to advertising the property for sale as it is <br /> likely that a potential buyer or a financing institution would require Phase II soil borings <br /> including groundwater testing. The work proposed in this document will be supervised by <br /> Mr. Jan Schutze, a California Professional Geologist. <br /> A. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject site consists of the following property: <br /> Address APN' Approximate Location <br /> Parcel Size <br /> 2327 East Mariposa Road, Stockton, 171-29-16 8.9c acres Southwest of East Mariposa Road and <br /> San Joaquin County, California pproximately 1,500 ft west of Highwa 99. <br /> The subject site consists of one approximately rectangular parcel. The parcel is developed <br /> with a warehouse/truck repair shop with concrete-paved pads north and south of the <br /> building on the northeastern portion of the property. The southwestern end of the site is <br /> occupied by a construction equipment/junk yard area. The remainder of the site is a <br /> gravel-surfaced lot in use as a semi-truck and trailer parking facility. <br /> The subject site is in an industrial area west of Highway 99 in Stockton, California. <br /> 'Assessor's Parcel Number <br /> SCS700.4—2327 East Mariposa Road <br />
