Inputs to Decision: <br /> Specific location and depth of the sanitary sewer lateral within the southern and western portions of <br /> the Site, lateral distance of the alignment of the sewer lateral relative to the shopping center <br /> structures, and commercial exposure scenarios. <br /> Boundaries of the Task Investigation: <br /> Geographical: An area approximately 20 feet in width and 660 feet in length within the <br /> southwestern portion of the Site and along the western portion of the boundary of the Site to the <br /> inferred connection with a municipal sewer main beneath Clover Road. <br /> Temporal: This task will be conducted following the indoor air and Site boundary soil gas sampling <br /> and is anticipated to be conducted in July 2016. <br /> Decision Rule: <br /> If the proposed soil gas samples contain VOCs at concentrations that suggest a significant release <br /> from the sewer lateral has occurred additional assessment including sampling of groundwater may <br /> be warranted. <br /> 1.4.6 Environmentally Persistent Pesticide Assessment <br /> Problem Statement: <br /> The potential exists that OCPs may have been stored or mixed in areas historically occupied by <br /> barns, sheds, or outbuildings. <br /> Decision Statement.- <br /> Conduct an assessment by collecting shallow soil samples from below imported fill material <br /> anticipated to be present as a function of Site redevelopment. <br /> Inputs to Decision: <br /> Apparent absence of active or sustained cultivation of crops within the Site boundaries, historical <br /> locations of structures where OCPs may have been stored or mixed, anticipated presence of <br /> imported fill material, and commercial exposure scenarios. <br /> Boundaries of the Task Investigation: <br /> Geographical:Ten locations primarily within the central and eastern portions of the Site. <br /> Temporal: This task will be conducted in conjunction with and following the assessment of the <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon release and is anticipated to be conducted in August 2016. <br /> Sampling and Analysis Plan <br /> Tracy Corners Shopping Center <br /> 3225 North Tracy Boulevard <br /> Tracy,California 95376 <br /> Partner Project Number SM14-129814 <br /> Docket Number HAS-VCA 14/15-108 <br /> August 15,2016 <br /> Page 8 <br />
