Work will proceed in Level D while PID readings are between 0 and 10 parts per million (ppm). In the event that breathing zone readings exceed 100 ppm, all personnel will discontinue work at the location and withdraw from the work area. The appropriate vapor control measures will be implemented(e.g., application of vapor suppression), the necessary emergency response authorities will be notified, and/or the work area will be re-sampled until vapor levels are within acceptable levels prior to reentering the work zone. Please refer to the table below for the Operational Action Levels.
