5 Reporting <br /> Following completion of investigation activities, including review of analytical results, Roux will prepare a Data <br /> Gap Investigation Report, which will include the following components as appropriate: <br /> • Description of sampling methods; <br /> • Field observations; <br /> • Tabulated soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sample analytical results; <br /> • Laboratory analytical reports; <br /> • Site map illustrating investigation locations; <br /> • Assessment of the findings; <br /> • Figures depicting soil gas and groundwater concentrations with closed iso-concentration contours; <br /> • Human health screening evaluation; and <br /> • Conclusions and recommendations. <br /> The Data Gap Investigation Report will also include an interpretation of both the groundwater and soil vapor <br /> results. The interpretation will include an assessment of whether additional investigation is needed or if site <br /> characterization is sufficient to support remedy selection. <br /> 5.1 Proposed Schedule <br /> The following provides an anticipated schedule of the activities associated with the implementation of this <br /> Data Gap Investigation Work Plan.
