Project N/A • Review and follow COVID-19 CDC, Roux, Client and local <br /> Preplanning orders/protocols. <br /> • Ensure all workers are fit for duty-anyone feeling sick should remain at <br /> home even if symptoms do not align with COVID-19. If a worker has been <br /> in contact with someone potentially positive or positive for COVID-19, <br /> contact your Office Manager. <br /> • Determine PPE needs and ensure adequate supply of disinfectant <br /> wipes/spray, soap and water or hand sanitizer at Site. Due to high <br /> demands and limited supply, plan ahead. <br /> • Use the minimum number of employees necessary to safely complete the <br /> work. <br /> 2. Mobilization Exposure: Personal/Rental/Roux Owned Vehicle <br /> Becoming infected or • Avoid carpooling, unless all individuals are up to date on vaccinations. <br /> infecting co-workers • Verify workers/other people are not approaching vehicle prior to exiting <br /> the vehicle. Maintain 6' of distance from general public, as appropriate. <br /> Public Transportation <br /> • Public transit should not be used unless absolutely necessary. If public transit is required, <br /> wear appropriate face covering/mask and apply social distancing (6 ft). <br /> Wash hands or use hand sanitizer immediately after. <br /> Hotel Stay(Refer to COVID-19 H&S Guidance for more info) <br /> • If a hotel stay is deemed necessary for the given field work,ensure that you <br /> clean your room upon initial arrival. <br /> • Place the "Do Not Disturb" placard on the room while away and limit <br /> housekeeping services to the extent feasible during your stay to minimize <br /> the reintroduction and spread of the virus from others.. Wash hands or <br /> use hand sanitizer often. <br /> 3.Tailgate Meeting Exposure: • Perform outside or indoors in areas with ample ventilation. <br /> Becoming infected or • If unvaccinated, maintain at least a 6+ ft distance between you and <br /> infecting co-workers others. <br /> • Discuss primary infection prevention measures listed below. <br /> • Discuss COVID-19 symptoms with coworkers and subcontractors to <br /> ensure fitness for duty. Anyone exhibiting signs or symptoms should be <br /> instructed to leave the Site, contact your Project Manager. <br /> ' Each Job or Operation consists of a set of tasks/steps. Be sure to list all the steps needed to perform job. <br /> A hazard is a potential danger. Break hazards into six types: Contact-victim is struck by or strikes an object; <br /> Caught-victim is caught on,caught in or caught between objects;Fall-victim falls to ground or lower level(includes slips and trips);Exertion-excessive strain or stress/ergonomics/lifting <br /> techniques;Exposure-inhalation/skin hazards,energy source;Energy Source—electricity,pressure,compression/tension. <br /> Using the first two columns as a guide,decide what actions or procedures are necessary to eliminate or minimize the risk. List the recommended safe operating procedures. Say exactly what <br /> needs to be done-such as"use two persons to lift".
