AdvancedGeo
Environmental
22 July 2020
AGI Project No. 20.6042
Mr. Jeff Wong
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Subject: Phase II Site Assessment Work Plan
FINISH LINE CONSTRUCTION PROPERTY
615 C Street, Tracy, California
Dear Mr. Wong:
AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI) has prepared this Phase 11 Site Assessment Work Plan for the
property located at 615 C Street, Tracy, California (site). The work plan provides
procedures for the collection of soil samples at the site. On-site structures and proposed
soil boring locations are illustrated in Figure 1.
INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
During the performance of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase 1), historical
records indicated that a 500-gallon gasoline underground storage tank (UST) was
formerly located on the property. As a result, the Phase I recommended collection of soil
samples beneath the subject property to determine if the subsurface contamination is
present.
To evaluate if subsurface contamination is present in the former UST area, AGI has
prepared the following work plan for the collection of soil samples. Procedures for soil
sample collection are described in detail below.
SCOPE OF WORK
AGI proposes to advance a total of one (1) soil boring to a total depth of twenty (20) feet
below surface grade (bsg) in the former UST area located on the south side of the
property building. Soil samples will be collected from the boring at 5-feet, 10-feet, 15-feet
and 20-feet bsg. Proposed boring locations are depicted in Figure 1.
Q.
837 Shaw Road • Stockton, CA 95215
Telephone (8001 51 1-9300 • Fax (888) 445-8786
An Employee Owned Company
