Soil borings shall be abandoned under EHD inspection by backfilling with <br /> cement grout from the total depth to surface grade. The top three to six inches of the <br /> boring abandonments will be completed flush to surface grade with concrete. <br /> REPORTING <br /> Reporting of the site assessment will include a description of work performed and the <br /> results of all field sampling. Conclusions and recommendations will also be included in <br /> the report.
