ProjectCloseout <br /> Completing a project requires procedures to close out Project Contractual and Administrative activities.The closeout process <br /> ensures all documentation is finalized and any Contractual Obligations are met. The Project is ready for close-out once it has <br /> been accepted by the end user organization.
