Similarly,figures(including boring logs) <br /> to be published in the CVCI-D&E report will be checked by an independent person to verify that all data on the figures <br /> (including soil classifications, PID readings, etc. on the boring logs)are correct.All project documentation, including <br /> field records, laboratory reports, data review memoranda,and data tables, will be retained in AECOM project files, <br /> and be made available to other parties as needed and appropriate. <br /> 4.5 Assessment Oversight <br /> Ultimate responsibility for implementation of this Work Plan, including the QA/QC plan,will rest with the AECOM PM. <br /> However,the QA Manager will have responsibility for assuring that all of the QA/QC procedures are implemented, <br /> and the QA Manager will have authority to correct identified QA/QC deficiencies in field or analytical procedures.The <br /> QA Manager will accomplish such corrections by notifying the PM of the identified deficiency and recommending <br /> corrective action, so that the PM can implement the corrective action.The QA Manager will perform at least one audit <br /> of field procedures,and will review the field notebooks, other field forms, chain-of-custody forms, and laboratory <br /> reports for compliance with the QA/QC plan. <br /> Prepared for: Department of Toxic Substances Control AECOM <br /> 27 <br />
