Field Variances <br /> As field conditions may not be as anticipated, it may become necessary to implement modifications to the Work Plan <br /> that is presented in this Work Plan. Field personnel will notify the AEOCM PM when deviations from this Work Plan <br /> appear necessary.The DTSC PM will be notified of the proposed modifications, and a verbal (for minor modifications) <br /> or written (for major modifications)approval will be obtained from DTSC before implementing the modifications. <br /> Modifications to the approved Work Plan will be documented in the field forms and in the CVCI-D&E report. <br /> If additional characterization of the Site, beyond that set forth in this Work Plan, becomes necessary due to <br /> encountered conditions, an addendum to this Work Plan will be prepared to document the encountered conditions <br /> and to provide the procedures and rationale for the planned additional characterization. <br /> Prepared for: Department of Toxic Substances Control AECOM <br /> 28 <br />
