Health and Safety Plan <br /> AECOM has prepared a Programmatic Health and Safety Plan (HASP)to apply to any Discovery Investigation work <br /> being conducted by AECOM or their subcontractors. DTSC has approved the Programmatic HASP by contract by <br /> Work Order No.22-T5019-WO1 dated November 11,2022. <br /> The following supplemental health and safety procedures specific for the Site are presented in Appendix A. <br /> • Hospital route map, <br /> • Updated COVID-19 protocols, and <br /> • Task hazard analyses. <br /> All AECOM personnel will be required to follow the procedures set forth in both the approved Programmatic HASP <br /> and Appendix A of this Work Plan. Subcontractors will be responsible to provide proper safety procedures and <br /> monitoring for their own personnel.
