The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br />addressed for 7 -ELEVEN INC #20632 as of February 27, 2026. <br />Open violations from December 16, 2025 inspection <br />OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 12/4/2024 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br />to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 1/10/2025. This <br />information has not been fully received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br />corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include all <br />of the recommendations made in the report. The operator shall submit a written response that includes a statement <br />documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is <br />submitted and all corrections implemented within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />OBSERVATION: Rubber seals were found to be torn, cracked, and sections were missing from the lids of the 91 and <br />diesel STP sumps. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be impervious to the liquid and vapor of the substance <br />contained and constructed to prevent structural weakening as a result of contact with any hazardous substances <br />released from the primary containment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to make repairs to <br />the UST system under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />OBSERVATION: liquid was found in the Regular and Premium fill sump indicating a leak in the secondary <br />containment. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be impervious to the liquid and vapor of the substance <br />contained and constructed to prevent structural weakening as a result of contact with any hazardous substances <br />released from the primary containment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to make repairs to <br />the UST system under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
