The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br />addressed for 7 -ELEVEN INC #20632 as of February 27, 2026. <br />Open violations from December 16, 2025 inspection <br />❑ This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Open violations from December 04, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #47 - 2030008 - Secondary containment installed after July 1, 2003 is free of water. <br />OBSERVATION: Water was observed in the 91 STP, 91 fill, diesel STP, and 87 fill sumps. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br />system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed less than 1 gallon combined of liquid from the sumps and <br />returned the sensor to its proper location. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to <br />address the water intrusion into the 91 STP, 91 fill, diesel STP, and 87 fill sumps under permit and inspection of the <br />EHD. <br />❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #49 - 2030047 - Secondary containment maintained tight and has been confirmed by testing. <br />OBSERVATION: Rubber seals were found to be torn, cracked, and sections were missing from the lids of the 91 and <br />diesel STP sumps. <br />-Technician on site stated that it appeared caulking was used where the rubber seals should be. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be impervious to the liquid and vapor of the substance <br />contained and constructed to prevent structural weakening as a result of contact with any hazardous substances <br />released from the primary containment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to make repairs to <br />the UST system under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
