The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br />addressed for 7 -ELEVEN INC #20632 as of February 27, 2026. <br />Open violations from December 04, 2024 inspection <br />❑ This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #72 - 2030039 - Compliance with all operating permit requirements. <br />OBSERVATION: According to the work order dated 9/4/24 on site, the S2 "Rul Sumps Vac" sensor was replaced on <br />8/15/24 and a permit was not obtained from the EHD. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Emergency repairs relating to UST system monitoring and release detection may be <br />performed by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor pursuant to the EHD's policy and a permit obtained <br />within one business day from the EHD. All other repairs must have a permit submitted to and approved by the EHD <br />prior to beginning work. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a permit from the EHD for the S2 "Rul Sumps Vac".
