The Revocable Permit application should be made by and financial security supplied by <br /> the party responsible for the permanent maintenance of the well. Generally, the <br /> party responsible is the owner of the site requiring the well. <br /> Following the issuance of the Revocable Permit, an Encroachment Permit must be <br /> obtained to allow the actual construction activity within the City right-of-way, an additional <br /> permit fee is required. <br /> Please return all required documents to the City of Stockton, Permit Center for processing. <br /> Questions may be directed to the Permit Center at (209) 937-8366 OR <br /> CDDEngineering@stocktonca.gov . <br />
