Stockton Propeller, Inc., located on 2478 North <br /> Wilcox Road, Stockton, San Joaquin County, California (Site), was referred to the Site <br /> Cleanup Program by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (SJCEHD) on 16 September 2021 to investigate potential soil and groundwater impacts <br /> from improper disposal of hazardous waste into the septic system at the Site. <br /> In February 2021, during an industrial waste survey, the City of Stockton Municipal <br /> Utilities Department discovered improper disposal of potentially hazardous substances <br /> via a submersible pump and garden hose into the on-site septic system.
