Sampling Plan - 9 - 25 March 2022 <br /> Stockton Propeller, Inc. <br /> 2478 Wilcox Road, Stockton <br /> COMMENT 16 <br /> Issue: The SAP neglects to state how the results of the investigation will be reported. <br /> Requested Action: Revise the SAP to state the results of the investigation will be <br /> documented in a formal report (i.e., a SI Report) to be submitted to Central Valley Water <br /> Board staff for review. The SI Report should include the results of all samples collected <br /> at the Site to date, including the septic tanks samples collected in December 2021, and <br /> recommendations for additional work if applicable. <br /> COMMENT 17 <br /> Requested Action: Please notify Central Valley Water Board staff a minimum of five (5) <br /> working days prior to all field activities, including sampling and pumping of the septic <br /> tank, so that a Site visit can be arranged. Notification more than five (5) working days in <br /> advance would also be appreciated if possible. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff require a response to the above comments and <br /> issuance of a revised SAP that incorporates changes in response to the comments <br /> above. Please submit a revised SAP to Central Valley Water Board within 30 days of <br /> receiving this letter.
