The Parties shall comply with the General Reporting Requirements for technical <br /> reports submitted under this Order. <br /> a) When reporting data, SPI shall arrange the information in tabular form so <br /> that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily <br /> discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner that clearly <br /> illustrates compliance with this Order. <br /> b) In accordance with Business and Professions Code sections 6735, 6835 <br /> and 7835.1, work plans and technical reports containing geologic or <br /> engineering evaluations and/or judgments shall be prepared under the <br /> direction of a licensed or certified professional. All documents that contain <br /> site-specific data, data interpretations, or recommendations shall comply <br /> with this requirement and include the professional license stamp, <br /> signature, and statement of professional certification (i.e., California <br /> Professional Geologist or California Professional Engineer). <br /> c) All reports must be submitted electronically to the Central Valley Water <br /> Board. Electronic copies of all reports and analytical results are to be <br /> submitted over the Internet to the State Water Board GeoTracker <br /> Database (http://geotracker.waterboards.ca.gov). (See Cal. Code Regs., <br /> tit. 23, § 3890 et seq.) <br /> i. Analytical laboratory data shall be saved and submitted in <br /> Electronic Deliverable Format (EDF). <br /> ii. Site Maps (i.e., GEO_MAP), boring and well survey information, <br /> depth to groundwater, boring logs and well screen intervals, <br /> location data (i.e., GEO_XY file), elevation data (i.e., GEO_Z file), <br /> and technical reports (e.g., work plans, assessment, and <br /> monitoring reports) shall be saved and submitted in searchable <br /> Portable Data Format (PDF). <br /> iii. GeoTracker ESI guidance, general information and Help Desk <br /> assistance can be found on the ESI homepage at: GeoTracker <br /> Electronic Submittal of Information (ESI) California State Water <br /> Resources Control Board <br /> 5. All reports submitted to the Central Valley Water Board shall include the following <br /> statement and be signed by at least one of the Parties: <br /> "I certify under penalty of law that this document, including all <br /> attachments and supplemental information, were prepared under my <br /> direction and supervision in accordance with a system designed to <br /> assure that qualified personnel properly gathered and evaluated the <br /> information submitted.
