All available historical drawings, sketches, blueprints, and/or as- builts of the septic system used by SPI, including the location of the corresponding tank and leach field(s). ii. All records pertaining to the historical pumping of SPI's septic system since 2005, including the location(s) of the disposal facilities and waste manifests. iii. All records pertaining to the maintenance and permitting of the septic tank used by SPI, including samples collected from the septic tank or treatments added to the septic tank that have not been previously shared with the Central Valley Water Board, if there are any, since 2005 e. Provide a detailed description of the changes in physical infrastructure that stored or conveyed hazardous wastes at the Site since SPI began operations (e.g., tanks, degreasers, pipelines, clarifiers/sumps/septic tanks installed or removed)? i. Describe these changes, giving date, nature of change and location. ii. If any of the above were removed, was the removal supervised or permitted by a governmental agency? Specify which agency and when the removal occurred. Attach copies of permits and/or reports. iii. If available, provide the number of the tanks (aboveground and underground) maintained and the volume of them. f. Provide a detailed description of any additions, demolitions, or changes of any kind to physical structures on, under, or about the Site, or to the property itself (e.g., excavation work) and state the dates on which such changes occurred. g. Provide a detailed description of past and present storm water drainage system, sanitary sewer systems, including septic tank(s) and subsurface disposal field(s). V. Site Use and Operations a. Provide a detailed description and history of prior operators and lessees of the Site, for each such operator or lessee, further identify: i. The dates of their operation at the Site. ii. The nature of their operations at the Site.
